Arch Referrals is designed for Missouri real estate licensees who want to keep their license active and earn referral income without belonging to the MLS, paying REALTOR® association dues, showing homes, writing contracts, or managing transactions.

The Process

You Make the Introduction

 

Submit the contact information for someone who may be buying or selling real estate.

Arch Referrals Places the Referral

We identify an experienced receiving agent or team ranked in the top 1.5% nationally, when available, negotiate the referral agreement, and make the connection.

You Receive the Referral Fee

After the transaction closes and Arch receives payment, you receive 100% of the referral fee Arch Referrals collects, subject to the Associate Agreement.

  • Identify people who want to buy or sell a home
  • Explain your affiliation with Arch Referrals
  • Share your business cards and personalized website from Arch Referrals
  • Submit prospective clients to Arch Referrals
  • Get paid when eligible transactions close

  • Lists and markets properties
  • Represents buyers or sellers
  • Shows homes
  • Prepares and negotiates contracts
  • Manages the transaction through closing

Arch Referrals handles the agent placement, referral agreement, and commission payment.

What About the Agent Receiving the Referral?

The receiving agent or brokerage pays the agreed referral fee from the commission earned at closing.

Possible administrative fee
Up to $249

Arch Referrals may charge the receiving agent or brokerage this fee for referral placement and processing.

This administrative fee does not reduce the referral commission paid to you.

1. Review and Sign the Associate Agreement

This explains how referrals, compensation, and license requirements are handled.

2. Pay the $100 Annual Fee

This fee covers your affiliation with Arch Referrals and access to your personalized referral tools and member resources.

3. Transfer Your License to Arch Referrals

Once your transfer is completed and your affiliation is active, you can begin submitting referrals.

Each associate is responsible for completing the continuing education and renewal requirements established by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
